Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing

Soft washing, power washing and paver sealing that strip away Florida's mold, mildew and grime — and keep it off.

Exterior Cleaning & Sealing

A Clean Home Is a Beautiful Home

Florida's humidity, rain and salt air coat every home in mold, mildew and grime — and on the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches, it happens faster than anywhere. For more than 10 years, Miguel and the Painting With A Smile crew have soft washed stucco, painted surfaces and roofs from Fort Pierce and Jensen Beach to Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens, using safe low pressure and detergents that kill growth without harming your finish.

We also power wash driveways and sidewalks back to bright, and seal paver driveways, patios and pool decks with products that lock in color, block weeds and slow fading under the Florida sun.

Common Questions

Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing FAQs

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and specialized detergents to kill mold, mildew and algae without damaging delicate surfaces — it's what we use on stucco, painted walls and roofs. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast grime off hard surfaces like concrete driveways and sidewalks. We match the method to the surface so nothing gets damaged.

How often should a Florida home be washed?

Once a year is a good rule of thumb for most Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches homes. Florida's humidity, rain and salt air feed mold and mildew fast, and homes near the water or under heavy tree cover may benefit from a wash every six to nine months. Regular washing also extends the life of your paint.

How long does paver sealer last?

A quality paver sealer typically lasts two to three years in Florida before it's time to reseal, depending on sun exposure, vehicle traffic and pool chemicals. We clean and prep the pavers thoroughly before sealing so the product bonds properly and delivers its full lifespan.

Do you wash before every exterior paint job?

Yes — every exterior paint project we do starts with a thorough wash. Paint simply won't bond to chalky, mildewed or dirty stucco. Washing first is one of the biggest reasons our exterior finishes last, and it's built into every exterior estimate we provide.
